Game One Recap: 10 Hits Not Enough For JMU Millers Baseball To Overtake Louisiana Christian Wildcats

Even though JMU Millers Baseball collected ten hits to Louisiana Christian Wildcats Varsity's eight, they still fell 6-5 on Sunday

Louisiana Christian Wildcats Varsity got things moving in the first inning, when Nick Brunet grounded into a double play, scoring one run.

JMU Millers Baseball knotted the game up at three in the top of the third inning. Connor Varnum homered on a 1-1 count, scoring three runs.

Louisiana Christian Wildcats Varsity pulled away for good with one run in the fourth inning. In the fourth Nick Lorio doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
