Commitment Information

Congratulations on your decision to continue your education at John Melvin University. Below are the next steps required to ensure your enrollment at J.M. University for your requested semester. Please complete all 4 of the steps below to complete your commitment and reserve your scholarship at John Melvin University. 

Step One: Apply 

  1. Student Enrollment Application: Apply to begin the enrollment process for your first semester.

Step Two: Sign Official Letter of Intent

  2. JMU only has a limited number of scholarships available so to reserve your roster spot and scholarship, submit your Enrollment Intent Form. This LOI will bind your commitment and scholarship offer for the upcoming school year. 

Step Three: Sign Name, Image, and Likeness Release Form

  3. John Melvin University promotes our athletes across many platforms (including but not limited to) websites, social media, posters, schedules, calendars, advertisements, and more. This form allows JMU to use any images of you on any of our platforms and/or advertisements.

Step Four: Email us a commitment picture
